We have had some fantastic weather this week!

I took the kids out of school for the afternoon and went to Chudleighs to pick apples.  Weekdays are the best as there are fewer people and not so crowded.  Always a great time!

There are so many health benefits to apples.  Besides just tasting great, they contain necessary fiber, vitamins and antioxidants for your health.


There are so many ways to enjoy the great flavour.  Attached is a sugar free/gluten free recipe for the classic apple crisp
